Then change the way to spend your time and experiment with your schedule, and see what works you, and make time for matter to you!
Don’t multitask.
Multitasking is not a skill to brag about if you are trying to more productive. Many studies has shown that multitasking is more distracting than helpful. Because your mind is focusing on multiple things, and to be productive your mind needs to focus the thing that you are working on at that time. Still, you might feel that you are getting more thing dome multitasking, but you are not. Research by the American Psychological Association, shifting between tasks can take you up to 40% of productive time. Start focusing on one task at a time to get more accomplished.
Take breaks.
While it might sound counter-intuitive, taking short breaks throughout the workday helps stay more productive and you will accomplish more. Because taking breaks keeps your brain energized. And you can get that energy to keep working on your task.

For example instead of saying, "Oh god, I have too much work to do. I will never finish this work on time." But try this instead, "Today I have to complete X task, Y task, and others.
